Ant & Ox

Making Brighton their music base, Ant & Ox are originally from London but met at university in Brighton. The formed the duo after jamming and collaborating together and formed a sparse but very interesting and engaging acoustic based act.

So what do Ant & Ox bring musically to the table? Firstly, they combine soulful, melodic vocals with simple acoustic guitar backing. They also infuse modern pop/RnB into the music to give their sound a more contemporary feel. There are also some clever and interesting covers thrown into their sets such as Ivy/Small Bump by Frank Ocean/Ed Sheeran.

Ant & Ox have been creating a big buzz for themselves around the south coast with performances all around Brighton including Peggy's Big Night Out, and an intimate performance for London's Sofar Sounds.
