Languishing in the under belly of the South Coast scene is a sinister yet appealing source of raw anger and energy reaching out an unsettling hand, directing you towards the dark nature of black metal. This unholy force is unleashed by Worthing's own Derelict Dream. A band that are wreaking metal devastation on the local scene and beyond with the outlook of taking no prisoners.
Taking influence from death metal bands such as Bloodbath, progressive metal bands like Meshuggah, and adding atmospheric sounds inspired by Devin Townsend, Derelict Dream are not a one dimensional scream type band at all.

The band's name refers to being in an unwakable nightmare and with lyrical content about mental torture, anguish, and the struggle for self preservation you can tell the brooding nature of the music.
Brutal chugging riffs, crushing vocals, and destructive drum grooves come as standard but with added melodic guitar and vocal passages, and mechanical drum rhythms.
So close your eyes and enter the terrifying dreamland that awaits, if you dare!
